WE ARE IN!!!
As of Saturday, January 1st, 2011, we officially moved into our new house in Dalton. It has been a long time coming. It has been a week and almost everything is unpacked from their boxes. It feels so wonderful to have our own place again! We have enjoyed having people into our home and we look forward to the days ahead! There are so many new memories to make.It is also a little scary having a mortgage! Yikes! But yes...we are glad to finally be investing in something instead of rent. Here are some pictures from the move. And of course the lunch that had to follow. We started at 10:30am at my grandparents house and we had everything in the new house by 12:30pm. That's right...2 hours! So quick!
Mom and I moved all of the kitchen supplies over on Friday and got it all set up before the big move on Saturday.

We've only painted one room so far: the master bedroom. Dad and Phil painted on Friday.

Though these aren't the finished product, it is the beginning of many wonderful projects! I will have to take more pictures of everything moved in to the house. We are so blessed by all the friends that came around us to help us get in our house.
